He has several businesses and has not participated very heavily in them in the last year or so. That means I have been mealy mouth marilyn and take on more and more and more.
Finally I am trying to spread the wealth. I let him know I can't do it all but somehow I still have to train other people to do it and nag him to take more and more responsibility.
Don't get me wrong in many ways we are a good team. but I will discuss this further for now I have to get to work!
